This policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refund reviews are handled for Ascend Me Sports. Our goal is to keep terms clear and easy to review for athletes and families before purchase.
Ascend Me Sports allows athletes to create and preview their recruiting videos free of charge before purchasing an annual membership. This allows athletes to review their video before deciding whether to pay for final MP4 generation and downloads.
Ascend Me Sports is offered as an annual membership at US$49.99 per year. The membership renews annually unless it is cancelled before the next billing date.
Refund requests are reviewed individually and handled through our payment partner, Paddle. For Paddle's detailed terms, review the Paddle Refund Policy.
If a technical problem prevents you from generating or downloading your completed MP4 recruiting video, please contact Ascend Me Sports support so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
If we cannot resolve the problem, you may request a refund through Paddle, subject to Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws. Contacting Ascend Me Sports first is encouraged but is not required to exercise your refund rights.
You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation applies to the next billing cycle, and your current paid access remains available until the end of the active annual term.
Payments are securely processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Billing, receipts, and payment-related support are managed through Paddle's checkout and compliance systems.
