Everything you need to know about creating your Ascend Me Sports recruiting video.

Who is Ascend Me Sports for?
Ascend Me Sports is designed for athletes 13+ at different stages of their journey — including college-bound athletes, transfer athletes, athletes still developing, and athletes looking for their next opportunity.
Do I need professionally recorded footage?
No. Game and training clips recorded on a phone can be used. Ascend Me Sports is designed to help turn the footage you already have into a polished recruiting video.
Do I need video editing experience?
No. Ascend Me Sports guides you through the process of adding your information, choosing your highlights, uploading your clips, arranging them, previewing your video, and creating your finished recruiting video.
Can I create new recruiting videos as I improve?
Yes. As your game develops, you can add new footage and create updated recruiting videos along the way — all using the same athlete profile.
How long should my recruiting video be?
Ascend Me Sports is designed to help you create a focused recruiting video of approximately 2–3 minutes. If you have fewer clips, your video can be shorter.
Can I download my finished video?
Yes. Once your recruiting video is generated, you can download the finished video.
Can I send my video to coaches outside Ascend Me Sports?
Yes. Your finished recruiting video can be shared directly with coaches. A coach does not need an Ascend Me Sports account to watch a video you send them.
Is my athlete profile public?
No. Athlete profiles are private by default. We are building toward a future recruiting platform where athletes can choose whether to make their profile discoverable to coaches.
Can I have more than one athlete profile on my account?
No. Each athlete account is designed for one athlete profile. That athlete can create updated recruiting videos from their profile as their game develops.
What if I play more than one sport?

No problem. Your Ascend Me Sports membership belongs to you as an athlete, not to just one sport. You can choose different sports and create recruiting videos for the sports you play using the same athlete account.

Each membership is intended for one athlete.

What sports can I use Ascend Me Sports for?
Ascend Me Sports supports multiple sports, with sport-specific information and highlight options to help athletes present the parts of their game that matter.
What personal information do you collect from athletes?

Ascend Me Sports only asks for information needed to create and personalize an athlete's recruiting experience. We do not require an athlete's date of birth. Athletes confirm that they are 13 or older when creating an account, and athlete profiles are private by default.

We believe athletes should be able to showcase their game without sharing unnecessary personal information.
