Name; email and phone number; country, province/state and city; sport and position; graduation year and school/team information; athletic information you choose to provide; jersey or pinny number; videos and other uploaded content; and information provided when contacting us.
We may also collect basic technical information needed to operate, secure and improve our services.

2. AGE AND DATE OF BIRTH
Ascend Me Sports is intended for athletes age 13 and older.
We do not require an athlete's date of birth. Users confirm they are at least 13 when creating an account.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We may use information to create and maintain accounts and athlete profiles; create, process, preview and generate recruiting videos; save athlete information and video projects; provide customer support; operate, secure and improve our services; send important account or service communications; and comply with applicable legal requirements.

4. ATHLETE PROFILES
Athlete profiles are private by default.
Future features may allow athletes to choose to make their profiles discoverable to coaches. Athletes will be given a choice before their profile becomes discoverable.

5. VIDEOS AND CONTENT
Athletes may upload game, training and other sports footage to create recruiting videos. Uploaded content may be processed as needed to provide the service.
Athletes can download and share their finished videos outside Ascend Me Sports and decide where and with whom they share them.

6. SHARING INFORMATION
We do not sell athlete personal information.
Information may be shared with service providers when needed for hosting, storage, video processing, communications, security or other services used to operate Ascend Me Sports.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect our users, services, rights or security.

We use reasonable measures intended to protect information handled through Ascend Me Sports. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
